The Transaction: Cofactor has announced its inaugural acquisition of Milan-based SI.net Servizi Informatici. This deal marks the launch of the newly formed buy-and-build platform in Italy, backed by Strada Partners' recently closed €350 million Fund II via its European "LV8" expansion program.
